When shall I sleep?

Now I lay me down to sleep, I pray the Lord my soul to keep, If my soul survives the night, I cannot sleep, I toss and turn, shades of night and masks of fear haunt me while I lay, flash the fear, almost there, I see the other side, but cannot stay, slave to the flesh, guide me, bind me, this I do not want. Set me free, let me see the light, the truth, the side called dark you must be my friend. Comforting, I yearn to the unknown. She this organized mass of dirt, let me go, you won not my spirit. I am not flesh, I am not brown hair, simply tools, some proficient, some degenerated. What is on the inside, my eyes see not the truth, my mind knows not the way, my heard fails, my soul seeks its home.
